The Ronald McDonald House Family Retreat at Krantz Cottage provides a peaceful and supportive setting where families experiencing serious childhood illness can enjoy being together, making lasting memories. Located in the village of Lake George, the two-story cottage houses one family apartment on each floor. The year-round retreat sits steps away from village attractions and minutes from the beach.
Guest families are provided with a five-day, four-night stay at the Family Retreat – absolutely free of charge. To put families at ease during their stay, a staff member is available locally to offer any necessary assistance. From freshly baked treats to special outings at local restaurants and entertainment venues, the Ronald McDonald House Family Retreat offers a unique opportunity for families to spend time and create meaningful memories together.
Families wishing to be considered for a stay in the next 12 months are asked to please complete an application for review by our intake committee.
